Our production capacity
With an annual production capacity of 20,000 tons, our foundry has a resin sand moulding line (no-bake process) allowing for efficient and reliable production.
We can:
- Manufacture cast iron parts weighing from 50 to 5,000 kg (110 to 11,023 pounds)
- Produce up to 6 moulds per hour with high and constant repeatability
Our moulds can be as big as:
- 2 x 2.6 x 2 metres (78 x 102 x 78 inches) for automated lines, and
- 1.25 x 1.5 x 1 metres (50 x 60 x 40 inches) for semi-automated lines
