ABOUT MACHINING SOLUTIONS
Machining and grinding
Soucy has different types of 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machine tools for machining highly complex molded parts. The equipment can accommodate everything from small-diameter parts for high-volume machining to very large parts with diameters of up to 98 inches. The grinding tool improves the surface condition of the part using a grinding wheel for diameters of up to 11 inches.

Turnkey Projects
For projects that require a turnkey approach, Soucy handles not just the machining, but also assembly and finishing operations depending on the specifications. For some specific operations, Soucy subcontracts to specialized companies.
TUBE PROCESSING
Soucy bends and forms using pressing and crimping processes (flaring and pressing) for tubes of up to 2.5 inches in diameter according to specifications required for a variety of metals and alloys including aluminum, steel and stainless steel.
