Black Polyethylene-based Masterbatch formulations
Black polyethylene-based masterbatch formulations are designed around the clients’ process, UV requirements, color tone and price point. We can also incorporate ingredients in our carbon black masterbatch to enhance the performance of the resins provided to our clients.
The manufacturing process
The manufacturing process disperses fine-particle black for greater UV protection, feeds multiple ingredients, is able to process low-melting-point resins, and achieves 60% and higher loadings. Moreover, our formulations are designed for HDPE, PP and PS resins.
