The Sales Administrator's primary mandate with his team is to be the liaison between the organization and our customers with respect to deliveries. He acts as a leader within his team and with business partners (internal and external) by responding to their ever-changing needs. He works closely with our customers, our sales manager and our planning team. He/she is influential, persuasive and diplomatic in problematic situations.

Here's an overview of your tasks:  

  • Handle delivery issues to meet and exceed customer expectations by ensuring their resolution
  • Organize and facilitate follow-up conference calls with our customers. Ensure that the required stakeholders are present and that the required information is complete and adequate
  • Communicate frequently with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and also to obtain their future needs
  • Manage the customer service agent in his team
  • Advise the agent on actions and strategies to be implemented to serve internal and external customers;
  • Understand in depth our EDI system and that of our customers
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  • Update and monitor key metrics and make necessary adjustments;
  • Participate in multidisciplinary development team meetings
  • Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with the organization's business partners
  • Follow up on customer contracts (prepare price updates when required)
  • Follow up on the recovery of additional fees to be charged to the customer
  • Manage the customer scorecard: Track and analyze, Report to management team, Inform sales team if discussion required with customer


  • Bachelor's degree in administration
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
  • High level of customer service and dynamism
  • Analytical skills and rigor
  • Good communicator, great ability to influence and persuade
  • Good time and priority management
  • Ability to adapt
  • Diplomacy, ability to maintain harmonious business relations
  • Team player
