Job offer at Soucy Caoutchouc – Drummondville



Have you always been interested in learning more about quality control? Our team is ready to help you learn the tasks associated with the quality control of rubber tracks. We need someone who is meticulous, who is focused on doing the best job possible and who has an interest in quality assurance.  

  • Inspect and measure production tracks 
  • Inspect and measure development tracks
  • Inspect raw materials
  • Verify parts assembly and military assemblies
  • Publish statistics related to quality and production 
  • Ensure verification of supplier certificates and inspection reports against SPQ content and technical drawings
  • Audit operators to ensure compliance with control plans
  • Issue and analyze non-conformance reports (NCR)
  • Coordinate and calibrate measuring and testing equipment
  • Manage defective manufactured parts
  • Collaborate in maintaining and applying the ISO 9001 standard related to quality assurance
  • Perform all other tasks requested by your immediate superior


  • Experience in quality control (1 to 3 years) and interest in developing your skills in this field   
  • 3 X 12 hour weekend schedule from 7am to 7pm (Friday-Saturday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday-Monday)  
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading and metrology 
  • Experience with Office suite (especially Excel)  
  • Knowledge or awareness of the ISO 9001 standard  
  • Knowledge of English and metric units of measurement
  • Knowledge of vernier, micrometer and torque wrench
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical and statistical calculations
  • Document writing skills, verbal and written communication skills
  • Good reasoning skills and ability to meet deadlines
