WHAT TO EXPECT  

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of about 20 people whose objectives are employee safety, product quality and productivity. 

Here's an overview of your tasks: 

  • Participate in the development of new equipment and processes for manufacturing rubber tracks 
  • Deliver projects according to schedule and specifications 
  • Participate in the equipment development process 
  • Perform risk analysis of the machines
  • Perform advanced material strength calculations 
  • Identify the needs of various project stakeholders 
  • Write specifications, plan the budget and present projects for approval 
  • Plan, coordinate and approve designs 
  • Carry out or outsource part or all of the project 
  • Carry out research for various components 
  • Supervise the implementation process at the factory 

  WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR  

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering   
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in a similar role  
  • Knowledge of machine safety standards  
  • Experience in equipment development   
  • Industrial mechanical skills (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, automation)  
  • Knowledge of SolidEdge or other CAD software allowing you to learn quickly   
  • Ability to communicate efficiently in English (spoken and written) 
  • Experience with Office suite and planning tools
