Reporting to the District Sales Manager (DSM), you will be responsible for visiting dealers in your territory to present and promote Kimpex products. You will participate in the pursuit of our growth by identifying business development potential in the powersports industry.

Here's an overview of your tasks: 

  • Manage sales operations in the assigned territory (Eastern Ontario)
  • Meet with the dealers on a regular basis and enter into strategic sales agreements
  • Promote Kimpex products and participate in the development of promotional programs to increase sales
  • Support dealers and bring forward practical solutions to improve customers’ satisfaction and growth
  • Validate inventory records, help dealers throughout booking process and assess their requirements
  • Participate in competitive intelligence tactics, contact potential clients and seek new business opportunities
  • Provide monthly calendars, call reports to the Sales Director
  • Manage sample accounts in accordance with Kimpex’ policies
  • Attend client events, sales meetings and trade show


  • Post-secondary degree in business administration or equivalent experience
  • Previous sales management experience (ideally 3-5 years as a District Manager)
  • Passionate about the powersports industry (ATV, motorcycle, snowmobile and Marine)
  • Be experienced with Office 365 and a CRM
  • Demonstrate leadership and management skills, as we are always looking for our next leaders among our employees
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Must reside in or be able to travel within the territory (frequent trips, overnight and international trips)
