WHAT TO EXPECT

With your motivation, organization and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and a major player in understanding their needs. You will contribute, through your excellent work, to the growth and reputation of the company.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

  • Process incoming orders from various customer portals ensuring compliance with terms and conditions
  • Manage communications with customers (transmit requests to the organization as well as requests to customers)
  • Analyze weekly customer order changes (quantities and dates) and confirm our ability to meet the plan while offering alternative solutions
  • Follow up on deliveries and anticipate problems
  • Ensure after-sales service (missing or defective parts) and report to operations on the shipment of parts
  • Support our sales team
  • Internal quality follow-up (complaints) and product development

WHAT WE LOOK FOR  

  • College diploma (DEC) in administration or any other combination of training and experience deemed relevant
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written (mandatory)
  • Analytical skills
  • Sense of planning and organization
  • Good ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to adapt and quickly grasp needs
  • Demonstrate influence, persuasion, diplomacy and firmness in problematic situations while maintaining harmonious business relations
