The Customer Experience Coordinator supports, trains and coaches the customer service team in achieving set objectives, resolving issues, maintaining and optimizing processes.

Reporting to the Motorsports Customer Experience Manager, here is what you will do with your time:

  • Support employees and managers in achieving their objectives
  • Analyze and solve problems using a structured approach
  • Standardize, maintain and optimize work processes and methods
  • Participate and lead improvement activities and projects
  • Support the agents when required and act as a back-up when needed (e.g.: vacations)
  • Be a key user of work tools such as Syteline, GBS and ICaras to perform various analyses
  • Train and coach the agents
  • Support development projects in order to meet the various deliverables


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or other related field
  • Experience in a team coordinator role
  • Experience in the manufacturing field (asset)
  • Bilingualism (English and French)
  • Knowledge of a manufacturing system (ERP), knowledge of Syteline (asset)
  • Ability to work under pressure, as part of a team and within tight deadlines
  • Have leadership skills, be involved and respect his commitments
  • Organized, autonomous, and possessing a spirit of analysis, synthesis and initiative
  • Tact, diplomacy and ability to make points
