Your role at the Soucy Service Center will be to support managers and employees and to provide them with a unique employee experience that reflects our values. You will collaborate every day with colleagues committed to the evolution of the HR function in the company.

Here's an overview of your tasks:  

  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and activities related to talent management, performance, skills development and recognition
  • Act as a consultant to managers in the application of HR policies and programs, while acting as a coach in their development plan
  • Coordinate the various talent attraction processes for the Service Center's non-unionized positions in collaboration with managers: posting, pre-selection, interviews, drafting of contracts
  • Plan, coordinate and ensure the reception and integration of new employees
  • Follow up with new employees to ensure that their integration meets their expectations
  • Answer questions related to benefits
  • Follow up on evaluation activities and probationary periods
  • Coordinate internal communications
  • Manage and follow up on administrative files


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an HR consultant role
  • Knowledge of the Office 365 Suite
  • Member of the Ordre CRHA (an asset)
