WHAT TO EXPECT

As an Administrative Officer, you will contribute to the administrative and operational support for the different departments of the Soucy Belgen Sainte-Claire subsidiary.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

  • Management of employee files (CNESST, training, insurance, vacations...)
  • Order entry
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to data collection and compilation, filing
  • Receive telephone calls and welcome visitors
  • All other related tasks

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • DEP in secretarial-accounting
  • Versatility
  • Rigor and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Skilled with technology
  • Very good knowledge of the office suite
  • Knowledge of an ERP system (asset)
  • Intermediate English spoken and written
